Anthony Barbir (Dancer) is an arts administrator, choreographer, and dancer based in Washington, D.C. A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, he graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a B.A. in world arts and cultures with a dance concentration. As an administrator, he has worked with Oni Dance (Los Angeles, CA), the Bates Dance Festival (Lewiston, ME), and The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (Washington, D.C.). As a dancer, he has performed and collaborated internationally with Koraci Croatian Folklore Ensemble, UCLA Bruin Marching Band, Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps, Oni Dance, Daniel Burkholder/The PlayGround, and S. J. Ewing & Dancers.
