Thomas Moore | Dancer

Originally from Washington, DC, Thomas started training at Towson University under Vincent Thomas, Catherine Horta-Hayden, Runqiao Du and Linda-Denise Fisher-Harrell.  While at Towson, he also studied on scholarship at the American Dance Festival under Jeffrey Bullock, Michelle Gibson, Gerri Houlihan and Ming Yang.

 

Thomas danced with Towson University Dance Company and apprenticed with Dissonance Dance Theatre. He currently dances with Christopher K. Morgan & Artists, VTDance and Campbell Dance Experience. Thomas has performed works by Helen Pickett, Charles O. Anderson, Ursula Payne, Robert Battle, Runqiao Du, Linda-Denise Fisher-Harrell, Johnnie Mercer Jr., Keith Thomas and Tommie-Waheed Evans. Thomas’s choreography has also been adjudicated at the 2011 & 2012 American College Dance Festival and American Dance Institute in Rockville, MD. This is Thomas’s debut with S. J. Ewing & Dancers.

Sarah J. Ewing is a resident artist of CityDance, a 501c3 nonprofit dance education and performance organization serving the national capital region.
